Hello! I'm Tracy

After working as a veterinary technician for almost a decade, I found a new passion in the world of UX. Although the two worlds don't appear to be very similar at first glance, both heavily rely on closely listening to and understanding your clients. Both veterinary medicine and UX professionals approach problems with empathy to arrive at solutions that are not only effective, but keep the needs of those they are serving in mind.

I made my switch to UX by studying Human-Computer Interaction at DePaul University. My goal is to leverage my experience in healthcare to help build digital experiences that improve patient health and enhance the daily workflows of healthcare professionals.
